Hey, thank you for featuring my Zoom plugin for Stream Deck! I wanted to pop in and leave a note that the Zoom plugin is retired and succeeded by MuteDeck, which can be found on the Elgato Marketplace, and has a standalone app with much more stability and features than the old Zoom plugin. Just FYI. 😊

I have board meetings frequently and I want to limit the amount of time that guests have to talk to two minutes. After two minute I will just mute them. I can't seen to get the timer app to show up on ALL participants screens in the upper corner. Is that possible? When I un-mute a participate I want to immediately start the timer so that ALL participates see the time. I do not want to have to share my screen to simply show a timer. There are times when I have a powerpoint running and we don't need a huge timer screen. Can you help?

if anyone is here in 2024, there is no more Zoom plugin so none of this works anymore. (there is an icon set but no zoom plugin)

HI Jan, Bradley Morris from Majik Media suggested I contact you. My daughter and I are not having much luck with zoom recording our Canva presentations. WHen we do screen share we choose the mode where you can see me on one side of the screen and the Canva slides on the other. The recording however only records the slides. So frustrating. I have contacted zoom and got nowhere. Can you please help????

But your setup for the people in the room only has a "stage" with a mic for speaking into and a camera pointing at the speaker, plus a second camera pointing back into the room at the people sitting at the table(s) with a speaker feeding them the sound. What's missing is a monitor so that the in-room people can SEE the Zoom meeting, can SEE the online people. And that is the problem: you have a monitor in the room; this monitor has a screen that SHOWS the Zoom meeting to the in-room people, and also a speaker which allows the in-room people HEAR the Zoom meeting. But there is a 1 or 2 DELAY in the sound, which means that when somebody in the room speaks into the mic, it takes 1 or 2 seconds for the sound to travel through the system and come out the monitor speaker. You get delayed audio on the in-room monitor, AND the in-room microphone is going to pick up this delayed audio, causing an echo. It's awful. Your explanation DOES NOT solve the problem, I'm afraid.
